The most common problem we run into on gas fireplaces are ones where the gas is ignited by a wall switch. We have found that some of these modules fail on a regular basis. If you are using a remote to start your fire, replace the batteries before you call for service, as that is the most common reason the remote stops working.

Gas Logs
We can install any logs you purchase but we also carry locally manufactured logs. We usually care 18” (6 logs) and 24” (7 logs) gas log sets. We can custom order 30” sets and other log designs. If you buy logs online contact us before you purchase them. Some inexpensive logs do not come with the correct connectors for California, and they cannot be installed.
Fire On Ice® Glass Crystals
Specially shaped ice pieces are formulated not to burn.
We use high quality glass which has been polished… in a wide variety of colors. To get a price quote, measure your firebox (length and depth).
