“Golan recently came out to do a free foundation inspection of my recently purchased house. I was worried that I would get a bad report with a huge estimate because my house is 70 years old. He did let me know about one crack but he assured that it was only a hairline crack that I wouldn’t have to worry about it. There was another crack that I knew of and told him that I was concerned about it but after he checked said that it was nothing to worry about. I was very impressed that he was very honest about it instead of trying to scare me with huge repair plan with high cost that other businesses typically do. He was also willing to come out on a Sunday morning to accommodate my schedule. I was appreciative of his honest feedback and flexibility with scheduling.”

“Would recommend Sunshine Foundations to anyone and everyone that is having foundation troubles.
They were quick to respond and even quicker to set an appointment and check out the problem. Golan did a thorough job inspecting inside the house and underneath the house in both crawl spaces and gave an honest assessment of what he saw.
I’ve dealt with many other companies that will barely take a look and tell you that you need an entirely new foundation but that didn’t happen at all here and I’ll be going back to Sunshine if any further issues come up.”

“The inspection process with Sunshine was great. They Tech Golan took his time, took picture showed us what was going on with our foundation. Explained what the process would be to repair it.
The repairs took less than one day, and of course, they provided pictures of everything that was done.
A very small deposit was made before they began the job, and that money was for the permit from our city. They did all of that process as well.
Cannot say enough good things about them.Fantastic! Oh I actually can say one more thing they cleaned up before the job under our house. You would have never known they were here without all the pictures because they left everything so clean.”
